A Nice Guided Mindfulness Session
We believe what experts say about being happy, that we need to journal and focus on ourselves, we even buy pre-made journals and try to fill them out truthfully. But we often end up even more confused. Our Wellness Week Atelier showcases simple journaling sessions to help you in forming new habits. A daily self-reflection is enough to move towards a happier life.
Listen to our inspirational speakers to close each day strong.
What is Journaling?
Journaling is the practice of writing in a journal in order to reflect on a day or an event or to gain more clarity on a situation. Journaling can also be used to improve general quality of life

Reflect on your current habits and routine to bring awareness on your patterns
Express gratitude for the small things that add joy to your life
Identify the situations that bring you stress and anxiety and how change the meaning of them
Learn how to be gentle with yourself even when facing difficulties
